These terms govern use of the BetMoosh website and all games, promotions and account services offered through it. By registering an account, including via Pay n Play, a player accepts the terms set out below in full. BetMoosh may update these terms from time to time, with material changes notified to registered players via email or an in-account banner.

1. Eligibility

BetMoosh is available only to individuals aged 18 or over. Age verification may be requested at any point, including before a withdrawal is released, and accounts found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately with deposited funds returned, excluding any winnings, which will be voided. Only one account per person is permitted, defined by matching any combination of name, address, email, device, IP address or payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed, with only the first account retained.

2. Account Registration

Information provided during registration must be accurate and current; providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits must be made using funds belonging to the account holder. • BetMoosh reserves the right to withdraw, amend or refuse a promotion where bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting or coordinated multi-account play, is suspected.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on BetMoosh use software independently tested for random number generation and return-to-player accuracy. In the rare event of a software malfunction affecting a game round, BetMoosh reserves the right to void the round and return the wagered stake to the player’s balance. Disputed round outcomes are resolved by reference to the server-side game log, which is treated as the definitive record above any client-side display.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time and subject to the same fairness auditing as automated titles, with dealer conduct monitored for compliance with licensing standards.

6. Responsible Gambling

Where an account is closed due to player request rather than a breach, any cleared cash balance not subject to pending wagering will be returned via the player’s registered withdrawal method.

8. Limitation of Liability

BetMoosh is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player’s side, third-party payment provider delays, or scheduled maintenance communicated in advance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for matters that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints should first be raised through Support via live chat or email as described on the Support page. Unresolved complaints after internal escalation may be referred to the Alternative Dispute Resolution provider named in the player’s account confirmation email, which handles disputes independently of BetMoosh.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute not resolved through the complaints process outlined above falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any statutory rights a player may hold under their local consumer protection law.

11. Changes to These Terms

BetMoosh may amend these terms periodically to reflect regulatory changes, new features or operational updates. Continued use of the account after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes affecting existing bonus terms will not be applied retroactively to promotions already credited before the change.
